399-405 | Design and Simulation of an Enhanced Bandwidth
Microstrip Antenna Using Metamaterial Mustafa H. Abbas, Jabir S. Aziz Abstract
The remarkable broadband characteristics of the ultra-wideband (UWB) antennas continue to acquire the attention of a large number of researchers and developers in wireless communication area around the world during the past years. For that purpose, a metamaterial microstrip antenna is proposed to cover the IEEE 802.15.4a (3.1-10.6 GHz) UWB designation and even extend to more than that, it almost reaches the 18 GHz. A huge bandwidth enhancement can be achieved in the UWB antenna by adding different shapes of cells called metamaterial. The presented design integrates two types of metamaterial cells located on the patch and the groundside, and microstrip feed line. Keywords— Ultra-wideband, Metamaterial, Negative Refractive Index, Double Negative Medium, Unit Cell. |

406-409 | Compact Triangular Multilayer Micro strip
Antenna (TMA) for Broadband Applications R. K. Chavan , . P.R. Badadapure Abstract
This research paper reports a design of a wide band micro strip patch antenna (MSPA) for L frequency band. The results reported here were obtained using a full wave finite element computer simulation of the antenna with Ansoft HFSS software. The antenna uses a stacked dielectric layer structure and has desired wide bandwidth. In the design of the wide band antenna feed position of the coaxial connector probe, widths of triangular patch and height of a foam layer in the multilayer were varied and optimized to achieve desired performance for the antenna. A10-dB bandwidth of 16% was achieved for the antenna in the L- band. Key Words - Bandwidth, triangular Micro Strip antenna, FR4

410-413 | Location Tracking System for Academics using
GPS and Android System T.Venkat Narayana Rao , Sai Nihar Tadichetty, Lekha Cheruku Abstract
Tracking people has become a difficult task in the ever growing internetworking world. It is not only exhausting but also consumes lot of time. A simple solution for this problem can be given by using the GPS technology in mobile phones which accurately gives the position of the mobile phone and therefore its user. The GPS tracks the user’s location and keeps updating the server in preset intervals. The location when requested is retrieved from the server and provided. This technology will give the users the access to location of willing user by the push of a button which results directly in saving time and energy. This paper demonstrates the application of GPS technology to track the location of staff members in college which would help in managing the academic sessions in the institutions more efficiently. Keywords – GPS, Internet, Android, Database, PHP. |

414-416 | Enhancing Data mining Techniques for Graphical
Analysis and Representation of High Utility Itemset P. Payal Swamy, Amit Pimpalkar Abstract
Identifying high utility objects can be defined as invention of itemsets with high utility just like profit. There are many number of approaches for discovering high utility objects but the difficulty with them is, they produce several number of candidate itemsets. Generation of many number of itemsets leads to degrade the performance in terms of execution time and the speed required. If the database contains lots of long transactions or long high utility itemsets then it would be very complicated to deal with them. Here we propose UP++ Growth algorithm for finding the graphical representation and compared the results with the already existing UP Growth and (CHUD) High Utility Itemset Discovery. Further (DAHU) Derive All High Utility Itemsets will be used to recover all (HUIs) high utility itemsets without accessing the original database. Results will be observed on both real as well as synthetic data will

417-422 | CubeSat Communication System, a New Design Approach Ayman N. Mohi, Jabir S. Aziz, Lubab A. Salman Abstract
Many universities are involved in projects related to the design, assembly and operation of nanosatellite (CubeSat) to increase the experience level of researchers and students. The CubeSat is a new concept emerged after year 2000, new standards and regulations were introduced by the different organizations and institutes to control the process of designing, building and lunching the CubeSats. This paper introduces a new design approach for the CubeSat communication system. The design parameters have been carefully chosen for this purpose. The main microcontroller is an Arduino microcontroller that communicates with a commercial of-the-shelf transceiver (RFM22), a half-duplex link which has been designed after performing the required link budget calculations. The frequency chosen for operation is the regulated 435 MHz, with Tx power of 100 mW for the space unit and a data rate of 1200 b/s and 9600 b/s for beacon and payload signals, respectively. The communication algorithm, beacon and payload encoding and decoding algorithms have been designed using the Arduino programming language and a new packet coding technique introduces to increase the communication link reliability.

423-426 | Association Rule Generation by Hybrid algorithm
based on Particle Swarm Optimization and Genetic
Algorithm Monika Verma, Roopal Lakhwani Abstract
— In data mining, association rule learning is a popular and well researched method for discovering interesting relations between variables in large databases. It analyzes and present strong rules discovered in databases using different measures of interestingness. The process of discovering interesting and unexpected rules from large data sets is known as association rule mining. This refers to a very general model that allows relationships to be found between items of a database. An association rule is an implication or if-then-rulewhich is supported by data. The association rules problem was first formulated in and was called the market-basketproblem. In his paper trying to hybrid the algorithm, Genetic algorithm (GA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used to improve the fitness value of items by using the dataset. Keywords—GA, PSO, Association Rule, Market basket, Data mining.

427-431 | Sentiment Analysis of Product Reviews Using
LDA Method based on Customer Text Content P. Suresh,S. MuthuKumaran Abstract
This paper proposes a new approach to aspect-based sentiment analysis. The goal of our algorithm is to obtain a summary of the most positive and the most negative aspects of a specific product, given a collection of free-text customer reviews. Our approach starts by matching handcrafted dependency paths in individual sentences to find opinions expressed towards candidate aspects. Then, it clusters together different mentions of the same aspect by using a Word Net-based similarity measure. Finally, it computes a sentiment score for each aspect, which represents the overall emerging opinion of a group of customers towards a specific aspect of the product. Our approach does not require any seed word or domain-specific knowledge, as it only employs an off the-shelf sentiment lexicon. We discuss encouraging preliminary results in detecting and rating aspects from on-line reviews of books. We investigate the efficacy of topic model based approaches to two multi-aspect sentiment analysis tasks multi aspect sentence labeling and multi-aspect rating prediction Keywords: aspect-based sentiment analysis, opinion mining, syntactic multi-aspect sentiment analysis, topic modeling, dependency paths

432-441 | Survey of Leach Variants Prashant katoch,Manik Gupta Abstract
Wireless sensor network is a vastly growing technology that is being used in various fields for sensing and transmitting data. It is being used in various applications in both military and civil. Wireless sensor network consist of large number of nodes that is being deployed in a large area for sensing and transmitting data from its surroundings. To sense control and transmit the data a sensor and transmitter is used. This process requires some energy source, for that purpose generally a battery is used. Because of their small size the sensor nodes have a small battery source and it is not practical to charge or change them regularly. To solve this problem some routing techniques have been introduced which lowers down the amount of energy being used by the network. Leach is one of the major techniques which heighten the network lifetime. In this paper, we are going to discuss the working, advantages and disadvantages of the leach protocol and its descendant protocols. Each protocol will be compared and discussed on the basis of the energy consumption and network lifetime.
